The celebration suppose to be in Oct. But as we were all busy with work n studies at that time, we could only celebrate her bday now..
We went over after our PHRM exam. Hub joined us after work.. Eliza's bf, Daniel, was present too. Throughout the whole session, Daniel peel the shells of the crab and prawns for us. He did something funny during the dinner - he had sashimi with chocolate fondue. =P
No one told Violet that this was suppose to be her celebration. We only let her know when we're about to leave the restaurant. She was so happy N thanked us over and over again... Lol!
After saying so much, I think it slip my mind to mention where we had our dinner. We went to Kuishin-Bo at Great World City!
Though the celebration was a small one, but everyone enjoyed it tremendously.
Guess we should do this more often =)

Looks.. Anyone with a face have looks.
Difference is only good looks or bad looks..
I know.. the opening is crap.
So let me come straight to the main point now.
I have this friend... a guy friend in his early thirties.
Ok, I'll describe a little about his look.
He's more of a ruggard.. Stout (big size & not too tall).
Normal looking...
Everytime we meet, he will have comment like 'he look like shit.', "this woman really 'buang'!", for somebody.. Be it someone he know or passersby....
Sometimes I dun understand... What's this thing about looks???
Why do this fellow have to criticize people's look when he himself is no Manhunt material???
Yes, I agree that everyone have to look best when out socializing..
This is a form of respect for others as well as yourself.
This is also basic courtesy.
But does that mean that all of us have to doll ourselves up to look like Namie Amuro or Ayumi Hamasaki???
If looking your best means that you could only look like Rosie in PCK, is there anything wrong with that???
Seriously, I dun understand what is wrong with him...
Is a pretty face vital to have a happy family????
Do I need the same to lead a fulfilling life (Yes if fulfilling translate to having tons of 'bees' at your beck and call anytime!)
Beauty still fade once you grow old.
U can age beautifully, but I dun think that means you have to look 20 all your life..
In my opinion, beauty attracts people to you but it's your attitude that retains them..
Most guys understand that to have a happy & blissful family doesn't mean marrying the hottest chick on earth.
It means to marry someone with responsibilities, right attitude in life, and someone who love and care for you...
It's just too bad that this guy understand nothing of it....
I hope he could look things from another perspective...
Cos', really, being pretty is no big deal afterall.....

不知道为什么今晚特别有感触。。。
可能是因为老公不在家，我的思维特别的不老实！
回想起了许多东西。
从我十二岁一直想到现在。
我与母亲与姐弟与外公外婆和舅舅阿姨从小到大的关系。。。
也想起了我从小到大的好朋友－雨纯，淑欽，佩思，娃娃，Angela, Alan, Gracie, KC, Karen Yang，Fiona Charmaine。。。
党然，也有我爱过的人。。。我爱却又得不到的人。。。
还有爱我的人。。。。
好多事情想回来真觉得有些遗憾。。
但我又能怎样？
我只能尽量把美好的回忆保存起来，把不好的回忆当成笑话－一笑而过。
人的一生只有数十年之久，不能每件事都太认真。
当然，我们也不能游戏人生。。
人生就像是一场戏，一场梦，一场麻将。
戏看了就算了，别太认真。
梦醒了就没了，别执著不放。
麻将不到最后一秒是不能定输赢的－人生也一样。。。
做人能开心就多笑点。
伤心时就痛哭一场。
哭完了，就收拾心情继续向前走。
人生还是美妙的＝）
