I would choose to go Glen E for my delivery and would
choose the most expensive suite to stay in
Since AIA will reimburse me everything...

Saw in the web Thomas the train wooden toy set

while I saw the same thing from another webby selling $319.99

Travis and Dariz like Thomas The Train alot. So looked up in the spree section of Singaporemotherhood.com for relevant website where I can get the toy set @ a cheaper price..

It is competible with Brio Wooden track. Which is good as I can get the toy trains from my aunt when since his boys had already outgrown it.

Checked out the shipping charge from Vpost and comgateway. Emailed the merchant to ask if direct shipping is possible.. Guess will make up my mind on which alternative is better before I place my order.. There's no hurry, anyway.. As this was supposed to be Christmas pressie for the two of them.. Guess will have to spent about $500 on everything.. Will see if shipping charge is cheaper if I bulk purchase from them.. But first, gotta see if other mummies are interested in getting anything from the same website..

Celebrated Travis' birthday yesterday tgt with Renee & my mum as their's bdays are only 2 days apart from each others... Celebrated again with my mil today again.. FIL bought the chocolate cake from Jalan Kayu for Travis.. The cake was really superb *Two Thumbs Up*!!!

It has been raining heavily the whole day.. OMG!! Wonder how do I go to work tml if the rain continues. But guess the monsoon season come early this year.. It feels like the monsoon season now... Raining heavily everyday...

Met Yuhui this afternoon at SK. Went for lunch @ KFC and then we head over to my mum's place to get my brolly, den head over to my house.. Will be going over to SK after work tml again to meet her.. She have a bumbo chair and a baby walker for me... A nice friend indeed... Her items are still new and she could have easily got a buyer for the 2 items.. But she rather gave it to me.. For FREE!!!! That's really what friends are!!!

Another boring day~
Went for lunch with my colleague
Ate @ Ubi Techpark
Nothing much to eat in the vicinity actually
I had Yong Tau Foo & she had a serving of Spaghetti
Boring lunch..
Chatted on marriage..

And on why I'll rather close one eye now than to pursue any further
if my hubby have a extra marital affair..
I suddenly brought up this person who I have not contacted for so long..
Haiz~ Dun wish to say any further on this matter..

Hubby's cousin went home on Monday
MIL asked her to check if Pediasure is selling in KL
If it is, den bingo!!!
I will have the reason to go KL every now and then..
Haha~
The coach ticket is like $55 (2-way) to KL
Not too ex right..
It' even cheaper than what Aeroline is offering..

Travis birthday is coming..
Thought of getting a cake from Jane's Cake Station @ Jalan Kayu
and celebrate tgt with my little cousin sister and my mum..
Maybe will order KFC & Pizza for dinner as well..
Budget is around $100...
Another 3 more days to go..
And I left with only 2 more days to plan..

Just came back from movie with hubby and his cousin
We went to amk hub for 'Money No Enough 2'
This show is absolutely fantastic..
Funny and emotional...

There's this part where the mother was ill
and they send her into an old folks home
wirhout telling her where is she going at first..
The mum found out not long after she stepped into the home
and turn back only to find her son running as fast as possible away from her

How would I react if I were her??

She was placed under different ppl's care at different days..
Mon & Tues @ her eldest's place
Wed & Thurs @ her second's place
And rest of the week @ her third's place
(something like that)

How would I feel if I were her???
How would I feel if my kids, whom I slogged all my life raising up, treat me like this??

I dunno..
I wouldn't even dare to think about it..

In my point of view:
I'll work hard to earn more money
and I'll place myself in the old folks home if my health starts failing me..
I wouldn't want to be a burden to anyone...
I will not expect my kids to 'repay' me either..
The higher the expectation is, the greater the disappointment is...
To save myself from all these heartache..
I rather not expect anything..

Life is so so unpredictable...
No one knows what will happen tml..

Went to Amanda's baby (Chantelle) first month celebration @ Melvin hse
Nothing much actually, had some chicken wings, chit-chat
and we're gone by 8.15pm..
Headed down to Compasspoint to get a pair of new heels for work
Walk arounf in Best Denki while waiting for my bro to meet us @ CP
as he was staying over at our house for the night..
Saw a HD Plasma TV that my hubby like that cost $2888 (32 inch)
Was walking around, looking for nothing whe I saw something I like very much
A Winnie the Pooh Desk phone
It was so damn cute!!!! I swear I'm getting it for my new house..
My bro got a new GF

Hubby's uncle passed away in the afternoon.
His auntie called and informed my mil.
He was still quite OK when I last saw him during CNY.
He even had the strength to scold my kids when they're naughty
And it was like quite sudden that he passed away
as we had not received any news that he was warded in hospital or anything..
Guess he passed on in his sleep..
~RIP~

Baby Rhys went for his follow-up @ SBCC
Dr Vella said that he's alright except that he's still quite phlehmy
So he prescribed some medication for Baby Rhys
We only found out that we forgot our wallets when we reach the dispensary
Yes, we - both of us
You can imagine awkward we were then...
No choice, Took a cab home to take the money
and hubby went back to the clinic again.

Mil went to the uncle's funeral with her younger brother
Return home only after 11pm..

I'm actually very hard up for $$$ right now..
My maid ask for an advancement of 2mths from me the other night
She said that 1/2 of the roof of her hometown was blown away
And she hopes to send the money back to her parents to repair the roof.
She asked for 5mths initially, but I told her that I have no money.
What I find it funny is that why must she need so much money to repair the roof??

2 mths of salary = S$640.00 = 4,163,084.833 Rupiah

It really feels good to have lotsa money at your disposal...
Money makes the world go round..
You can have anything if you have the money

Who says money can't buy happiness??

I feel happy when I have the money to buy anything I want..
Compared to having second thoughts when I'm broke..

But the game the rich and powerful play is too much for me..
The rich only thinks of getting richer
(of course that's what the poor are thinking about too..)
But all the poor wants is to break out of the poverty circle..

At least I know I'll be contented to just draw a $5k salary every month
That is enough for me & my family to live a decent life
$5k is actually not a big amount at this time..
It's like you're still in the middle, average class if u earn this much every month..
I will never just want to earn $1.6k/mth for my whole life..
I want to earn at least $3.5k before I reach 30
Given my situation now, I think the timeline I set for myself is reasonable..

Dear dear thought of going into online business..
But I think I'm still not ready to take care of a business now..
I want to be a accountant..
I'm sensitive with numbers..
The only problem is that I'm afraid I cant take the stress..
I guess this problem will be solved as I grow older
Ppl tend to handle stress better when they're more mature
It's just a matter of time..

Sis advice that I go for CAT course first and proceed to ACCA after that
I'm still not sure of the route to take to achieve my dream
But I'm still looking for more possibilities..
I have a sis who is an undergrad
How could I lose out to her..
I'm not stupid right??
Though I'm not as smart as those genius out there..
But I believe I can achieve what I want through hard work
You may say work smart, not hard
cos cow work hard too, but still faces the same fate in the end..
But I believe in working hard & smart..
That'll definitely get you where you wanna be..

Watch The Mummy III last night with Ghim & hubby
The movie was a real disappointment compared to the previous 2..
It lacks of the kind of excitement, the kind of thrilling feeling when I watch..

This baby of mine is exceptionally 'glutton'
I was having salad last night..
Hubby was carrying him sitting beside me on the sofa
He saw me having salad, and he want it too..
I finished up the salad with giving him any (of course)
And he screamed and cried for the whole of evening..
He even rejected milk because he was just too angry to have anything..
See what a 'glutton' and bad tempered baby he is..

I read her blog almost on a daily basis.
I still can't let go of the times we had
the friendship we had..
If it weren't for what she did the other time
I would have been like what I always do
(close both eye)
She said in her blog that she wanted back the times
she had with this person who gave her the courage
to fought for her son's custody
who won't find her a nuisense at all..
For a second I tot it was me
But on 2nd thoughts..
I think it's best not to assume things..
She have lots of friends...
The chances of the one she's mentioning is me
is slim.. very very slim..

Went to Sentosa yesterday with my family
My Co's event..
Quite ok..
But a big hole in my pocket...
The queue for the 4D Magix was long..
I think I queue for near to 1hr for a show that last less than 20 mins..
Half of the time Travis was holding on to me crying..
The images was so real..
It's like the thing is just right in front of you..
I hate the stupid water that keep splashing on me..
It's so irritating~
But overall, it was really fun..

Buffet dinner
The food there so~so
Heard from the finance people that the buffet cost $40+++ per pax..
Price quite ok for a 5 star hotel..
It's just that the food sucks~

Dear dear fall sick after he reached home last night
Just accompanied him to the doctor just now..
The Dr prescribed him some Ventolin tablets
and a Ventoline puff to be taken 4hourly
and some antibiotics to complete..
Hope he'll be good and finish the medicines..
