Was raining cats and dogs last night.
It suddenly came as downpour when we're halfway through our supper.
YYY drove us home in his lorry.
There's no shelter from the shop to YYY's lorry and like i said,
it was raining heavily.
When we almost dashed out to YYY's lorry,
Hubby put his hand over my head to shield me from the rain.
It's nothing much, i know.
But these kind of small gesture will often make me very happy
as it shows me how much he care about me
(OR at the very least, I know he cares for me).
Went to Powerhouse last Saturday with Aries and YYY.
YYY's friends were there too..
Didn't drank much.
About 5 - 6 shots of Tequila and 2 - 3 cups of martell only
and i start feeling a little tipsy turvy.
It was quite a boring night to start with.
Hub wasn't there with me and we dun really know the people there.
So i was like chatting with Matthew
then stand aside and see the rest of them having fun.
Then Sheryl start to have this stupid game.
Putting one cherry between her teeth and
dare the guys to share it with her.
And dunno what happened,
she start to aim only this guy name Thomas.
She and Thomas, I think,
at least finishes the whole cup of cherry in this manner...
So Sheryl actually turned a boring night
into a not-so-boring night.
(at the very least, she make a show for me to see.)
Was quite fun overall, but dun think will be going there anytime soon...

Went to visit yuhui's twins @ KKH last week. They were admitted there because they've contracted some bacteria in their lungs. Their conditions are still ok. Yuhui seems more matured and is getting better at handling sick children. She can be a nurse now. She even know how to insert the feeding tube into the childs tummy. Even some nursing student turn to her for help.
While i was there, i saw a baby about 3 weeks old. He was there because his mother threw him on the floor, face down. Based on Yuhui's account, the baby did not cry when the incident happened. But his whole face turned black. He's mum was beaten up by his father after the incident and is now in hospital. His mum was said to be suffering from serious depression.
There's no one with the baby when i reached there till the time i went off. The baby cried once when his pacifier dropped from his mouth. I went over to check on him and saw that he was already awake. I stuck the pacifier back into his mouth and changed his diaper. Unwrapped the cloth that was wrapping him up and carried him around the room for a walk.
那孩子好像被吓坏了。余惠只不过在我身边很小声地说了两句话，那小孩就吓了一眺。
I called yuhui to ask about that baby's situation and condition. The father now is looking for relatives to help look after him. If no one is willing to do that, then they might have to put him into an orphanage. They arrived at this conclusion after the baby's father said that he have no means to support the baby.
Haiz~ My heart really goes out to the baby. Dun understand why he must have to go through this kind of torment at such a young age... If there is really a god, pls protect him from further harm. He's still so young!!!!!
4th week in this job. Not bad... I mean the environment & stuffs.. Although it's considered as a fast pace working environment, but i think I'm still up to it. So far, not much stress from work.. People here are nice. Environment good.. Or should i say so far so good??
Last night i had a chat with my mother in law. She said that she might want to return to Malaysia and stay there for good. Coming back only, maybe, twice a year or so. Haiz~ I dunno.. If she really does that, then i might not be able to work and there'll definitely have some major changes in my everyday life.
Haiz~ Sianx ah!!! With such unsupportive family....... All i can say is ~HAIZ~
