I did something stupid today.
I walked almost the entire Raffles place
just to buy a packet of cigarette.
And the most stupid thing of all is I don't really have the kind of urge to smoke.
I don't know why I did that..
But I think it is really stupid of me!
I called home just now and check on Travis.
He was running a fever and was coughing and sneezing on Sunday night.
We brought him to a clinic is SK, waited for nearly 2hrs for his turn.
But the Dr is good.
So I dun really mind the waiting part.
While waiting for his turn,
we bought some snacks and drinks and sat at the back of the lorry.
That was the first time Travis sat at the back of the lorry and he was very excited about it.
He kept saying that he wants to sit at the back when we go home later.
At the back of the lorry,
the three of us (Mummy, Daddy, Travis) played some games.
We play games like 205.
A game that most people my age play when we were young.
Halfway through the game,
I asked Travis to go to the clinic and see if it's his turn yet.
I asked him to look at the LCD screen where they have numbers on the right lower hand corner.
Without 2nd thought, he said: 'OK, mummy. Carry me down (from the lorry).
So I did just that and he ran all the way to the clinic.
And to speak the truth, I know he wouldn't know where to look for the queue number,
and I was also afraid that he might hurt someone while running to the clinic,
so I ran after him and saw him standing in front of the reception
looking at the TV for his number.
I was like 'he knows where to look for the number??'
Looking at him, I suddenly realized that my boy is growing so fast.
Too fast for me to catch up with him.
I miss the times when he was still a baby.
We waited there till 10 plus at night for his turn,
and as promised he got to sit at the back of the lorry.
So I was saying that I called home to check on Travis just now.
I asked hubby to put Travis to the phone and I spoke with him.
So we chatted for about 5 mins and he asked me why I call him for?
I told him I missed him, so I call him to chat with him.
Then he said that I should go back to work i/o chatting with him.
So I said OK.
Before we hung up, he suddenly say this to me:
'Mummy, stay safe, ok?'
I was like hmm... ok~
My little brat!
